Before booking, please read carefully:

Minimum age: 16 years old. Guests under 16 cannot be accommodated.
Non-refundable: The accommodation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the Summer Intensive programme.
Security deposit: A separate refundable deposit of EUR 150 must be paid via Wise. It will be returned within 5 days of check-out, subject to no damages.
Damages: Any damage to the apartment or its contents must be paid for by the guest(s) responsible.
Cleaning: The apartment is cleaned once at check-out. There is no daily cleaning service. Guests must bring their own towels and bed linen.
Payment deadline: Both the accommodation fee and the security deposit must be paid within 24 hours or the booking is automatically cancelled.
