STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Below text serves as a suggestion and doesn’t engage Odoo S.A. responsibility.

  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Fundacio Ballet de Catalunya reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Fundacio Ballet de Catalunya will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Fundacio Ballet de Catalunya reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Fundacio Ballet de Catalunya become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Fundacio Ballet de Catalunya in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. Fundacio Ballet de Catalunya undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Fundacio Ballet de Catalunya cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, Fundacio Ballet de Catalunya must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Spain law.

TRANSPORT SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS – BALLET DE CATALUNYA

1. Service Provider

The airport transfer service is provided by an external and independent company.

Ballet de Catalunya acts solely as an intermediary for coordination and management purposes and is not the transport provider.

2. Airport Identification

The driver will wait at the airport holding a badge with the name of the student or the person who purchased the service.

It is the user’s responsibility to correctly identify and locate the driver at the designated meeting point.

3. Non-Refundable Service

This service is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once the payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of:

  • The service not being used.

  • The student cancelling their participation in the Summer Intensive.

  • Personal changes, delays, or flight cancellations.

By purchasing this service, the user expressly accepts its non-refundable nature.

4. Service for Family Members or Third Parties

The service may also be purchased for family members or other persons, provided that all required information is correctly supplied.

5. Pick-up Time and Location

The transfer from Terrassa to the airport will take place approximately 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.

If the passenger is not present at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled time,

Ballet de Catalunya and the transport provider assume no responsibility, and the service will be considered completed without any right to refund or compensation.

6. Responsibility for Flight Information

It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide accurate and complete flight details, including:

  • Flight date

  • Flight number

  • Airport and terminal

  • Exact departure time

Any errors or omissions in this information that affect the service release Ballet de Catalunya and the transport provider from any responsibility.

7. Delays and External Factors

Ballet de Catalunya and the transport provider are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, accidents, police controls, or weather conditions.

  • Last-minute changes to flight schedules or terminals.

  • Flight delays or cancellations.

None of these situations shall entitle the user to any refund.

8. Luggage

Each passenger is responsible for their personal luggage and belongings.

Neither Ballet de Catalunya nor the transport provider shall be held responsible for:

  • Loss, damage, or forgotten luggage or personal items.

  • Excess luggage that prevents the proper provision of the service.

9. Passenger Conduct

The transport provider reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger behaves in an inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive manner, without any right to refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and paying for the service, the user fully and unconditionally accepts all the present Terms and Conditions.
