This service is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances once payment has been made.
No refunds will be issued in case of:
Full or partial non-use of the service.
Cancellation of participation in the program.
Absences, delays, or early withdrawal of the participant.
Personal, medical, or schedule changes.
The purchase of the meal package implies the express acceptance of its non-refundable nature.
Vegetarian/vegan, fish, or meat menu options will be offered, according to the organization of the service.
Menu options must be selected in advance and cannot be changed once the program has started.
Ballet de Catalunya is not responsible if the participant chooses not to consume the meals provided.
It is the user’s responsibility to inform in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. In the absence of such information, Ballet de Catalunya assumes no responsibility.
The meal package does not guarantee personalized menus beyond the options indicated.
No claims will be accepted based on personal tastes, food preferences, or changes of mind.
Ballet de Catalunya reserves the right to modify menus or suppliers for organizational reasons or due to force majeure, without any right to refund.
