⏰ Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 15:00 – 20:00 on arrival day.
- Late arrival (20:00 – 23:00): +€45 surcharge, paid before room access.
- No arrivals after 23:00 under any circumstances.
- Check-out: Before 12:00 on departure day. No late checkout without written agreement.
- No early check-in without prior written permission from Ballet de Catalunya.
🔑 Keys
- Keys are collected and returned exclusively at Ballet de Catalunya reception, C/ Mare de Déu dels Àngels, 90, Terrassa.
- Valid photo ID and proof of Summer Intensive enrolment required at key collection.
- Keys must not be duplicated or handed to any third party.
- Lost key fee: €50, charged immediately.
🏠 House Rules
- For individual, personal use only. Room is non-transferable.
- No parents, relatives, friends, or outside visitors allowed inside the apartment at any time.
- No subletting or room sharing with persons not enrolled in the course.
- No alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, or drugs.
- No parties, gatherings, or excessive noise.
- Quiet hours: 23:00 – 8:00.
- Minimum age: 16 years.
- Room must be left clean and tidy at checkout. All personal belongings removed.
- Any damage to the apartment must be reported immediately to Ballet de Catalunya.
- Students are personally liable for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, or equipment.
- No extension of stay without prior written approval from Ballet de Catalunya.
- Ballet de Catalunya reserves the right to relocate a student to a different room or apartment if necessary.
🚫 Violations
Any violation of the above rules results in immediate expulsion from the apartment with no refund, and may result in dismissal from the course. Ballet de Catalunya is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal property during the stay.
💳 Payment — Wise (24-hour deadline)
- Payment is made directly to the apartment landlord via Wise.
- After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a Wise payment link within a few hours.
- You have 24 hours from receiving the payment link to complete the payment.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the booking is automatically cancelled and the room becomes available again.
- Ballet de Catalunya acts as intermediary only. The accommodation contract is between the student and the landlord.
- No refunds once payment has been processed.
📋 Booking Confirmation
- Your specific room within the chosen apartment is assigned by Ballet de Catalunya after payment is confirmed.
- Apartment preference is guaranteed (subject to availability at time of booking). Room assignment within the apartment is at Ballet de Catalunya's discretion.
- Ballet de Catalunya reserves the right to modify apartment assignment in exceptional circumstances, with prior notice.
