The transport service is provided by an external company, with Ballet de Catalunya acting solely as an intermediary. The driver will wait with a badge showing the name of the student or the purchaser. This service is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including non-use, flight changes, or cancellation of the Summer Intensive. The service may be used by students, family members, or third parties. Pick-up from Terrassa is scheduled approximately 3 hours before flight departure. If the passenger is not present at the pick-up point at the scheduled time, the service will be considered provided, with no right to refund or liability. The user is fully responsible for providing correct flight details, including date, flight number, airport, terminal, and departure time. Ballet de Catalunya and the transport provider are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, flight changes, or missed flights. Passengers are fully responsible for their luggage, and no liability is assumed for loss, damage, forgotten items, or excess baggage. The transport provider reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior, without any right to refund.
